Initial Energy Healing Session – Your initial session includes an assessment of your different energy systems, a lesson on correcting any imbalances with handouts included and any advanced energy techniques you may need as per the assessment (i.e. Chakras, Source Connection Therapy, 5 Element Balancing, EFT, Hormone Balancing, Radiant Circuit Balancing, etc.)
- After the Initial Session, each session will include whatever your system needs at the time and a reassessment of your energy system.
Specialized Treatment can include massage and/or combinations of different energy healing therapies.
Distant/Surrogate Energy Healing Sessions Available on Skype or Phone

BASIC EFT AND ENERGY MEDICINE CLASS

Group Classes: 2 hour class $30.00 pp (minimum 4 people required)

The 2 hour class will introduce you to Donna’s 5 minute daily energy routine and teach you the simple but amazing Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) that will change your life. You will leave this class with the tools to take care of your energy body, your emotional state and address your negative belief patterns.

INTRODUCTION TO ENERGY MEDICINE

Private Class: (3 hours) $150.00
Group Classes: (4 hours) $65.00 pp (minimum 4 people required)

This 4 hour class will be an introduction to Energy Medicine as taught by Donna Eden. You will receive a better understanding of how energy works in your body and how to correct any imbalances that you have to create the optimum healthy energy system for health and happiness.

In this class you will learn:

How to energy test yourself and others to find where the energy imbalances are,
The simple exercises that will put your energies back into their optimal state,
How to energy test foods, supplements and medications so that you are only giving your body what will make it strong and healthy,
A daily 5 minute energy routine based on your energy system's needs,
How to help your friends and loved ones use these techniques,
The power of our Triple Warmer meridian (fight-or-flight response) and how the imbalance of it can create our allergies, auto-immune diseases, hormone imbalances, diabetes, and other illnesses and how easy it is to turn off.

You will receive handouts on all techniques for easy reference. This is a required class if you are interested in the next 2 continuing classes offered on Meridians, 5 Elements (Rhythms), Chakras, etc.

THE MERIDIANS AND THE 5 ELEMENT SYSTEM

Group Classes: (4 hours) $65.00 pp (minimum 4 people required)

This 4 hour class will be a continuation to the Intro to Energy Medicine and will enhance your understanding and the benefits of these energy techniques. This is my favorite and packed with techniques I mostly use for keeping myself healthy and away from the doctor’s office.

In this class you will learn:

The 14 meridians that flow through our body and how they affect us,
How energy blocks in the meridians show up as pain in our body,
How to test each meridian for energy blocks,
Introductory knowledge to the 5 Element (Rhythm) system and how it relates to our life path,
How to test to find which of the elements is your main stress element and what it means to you,
The different techniques to keep you meridians clear, flowing and balanced.

You will receive handouts on all techniques for easy reference.

THE CHAKRAS, RADIANT CIRCUITS, BRAZILIAN TOE TECHNIQUE, ETC.

Group Classes: (4 hours) $65.00 pp (minimum 4 people required)

This is the final class of Donna Eden's Energy Medicine and just the first class (Introduction to Energy Medicine) is required to take this one.

In this class you will learn:

The Chakras: how to test and clear imbalances,
Radiant Circuits: what they are and how to keep them flowing,
The many ways to use magnets for healing (everyone will receive their own magnet to keep),
The wonderful Brazilian Toe technique,
Other little tidbits of information that effect our daily lives.

You will receive handouts on all techniques for easy reference.
